How it works
Three official sources, matched by ABN, shown with their dates. No scores, no guesswork.
We don’t use AI to score providers or make judgments. We show you the facts and let you decide.
We collect the official facts
From the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the Australian Business Register. Nothing from reviews, social media or AI.
We match them by ABN
An ABN belongs to one business, so a provider’s registration, compliance actions and ABN status line up even when its name changes.
You see each fact with its source and date
Check one provider or a whole list. Download the results as a dated record for your files or an audit.
Your Dashboard watches for changes
On a plan, we keep your list and email you on Monday with what changed, or an all-clear. Anything serious is emailed the same day.
Where the facts come from
| Source | What it tells you | How often we check |
|---|---|---|
| NDIS Commission: compliance actions | Banning orders, compliance notices and other published actions, in force or not | Every day (the Commission’s file is usually updated about monthly) |
| NDIS Commission: provider register | Registration status, end date, conditions, services and outlet postcodes | About every 10 days |
| Australian Business Register | Whether the ABN is active or cancelled, and the business name | ABNs on tracked lists daily; all others in rotation |
What we never do
- Score, rank or rate providers.
- Take money from providers to appear, rank higher or be removed.
- Collect or store information about NDIS participants.
- Use AI to judge anyone. If we ever use it to explain official wording, the original text stays one tap away.
