For NDIS software and digital platforms
Give your users one less thing to worry about.
The teams who use your software pay providers, refer participants and place staff. Let them see who they’re dealing with, from the official records, without leaving your product. You don’t build or maintain a register feed; we keep it current every day.
No AI scores. Just the facts. You decide.
Who it’s for
Plan management software
Show who sent each invoice against the official records on the service date, before the payment run.
Provider CRM, rostering and care management
Check subcontractors and partner providers when they’re added, and keep them watched.
Invoice capture and accounts payable tools
Add an ABN, name, GST and registration check to every supplier and invoice you read.
NDIS marketplaces and digital platforms
Show providers’ registration and published compliance actions, dated, on listings. From 1 October 2026 NDIS digital platforms themselves must be registered or have applied.
Recruitment and job platforms
Let candidates check an employer before a first shift, and show where each role is needed by area.
AI assistants and agents
Give an assistant official, dated provider facts it can quote, instead of guesses.
Ways to work together
- Today, free
Link to a check
Put a “Check this provider” link next to any ABN in your product: truebluescout.com.au/?q= followed by the ABN. Your users see the official facts with dates, free, with no account.

Our MCP server for AI agents
A read-only MCP server at truebluescout.com.au/api/mcp with three tools: check an NDIS provider, the top 3 council areas for a service, and the list of registration groups. Same fair-use limit as the website.
Read the agent guide - Today, any plan
Files in, results out
Export a CSV from your product, check it in TrueBlue Scout, and bring the results back with a Result code column (matches, look, incomplete).
How files work - Team and Enterprise
The TrueBlue Scout API
Send ABNs or invoice rows with service dates and get the facts back as JSON, each with its source and date; keep a watched list in step with your supplier list. Included with Team (20,000 providers a day per key) and Enterprise.
The API guide - By arrangement
Build it into your product
For software companies serving many NDIS businesses: higher volumes, a key per customer, data feeds and co-designed features. Tell us what your users need.

What’s already out there
So you can see which pieces exist before you build. Read 27 October 2026; check each source for changes.
NDIA APIs (Digital Partnership Program)
The NDIA gives approved software developers controlled access to specific NDIA data through its APIs. Developers must partner with a registered provider, complete cyber security checks and apply through the Digital Partnership Office (page dated 19 June 2024). That is the participant and claims side; TrueBlue Scout covers the provider records side.
SourceXero
Xero publishes an official MCP server (XeroAPI/xero-mcp-server) that can read and create contacts and invoices, alongside its API. A supplier’s ABN in Xero is the TaxNumber field, which our checks read.
SourceMYOB
MYOB offers the MYOB Business API for AccountRight and MYOB Business files through its free Developer Program, with OAuth 2.0 and scoped access.
SourceNDIS provider software
Some provider platforms expose APIs directly or through unified-API services (for example, ShiftCare through Truto, reported in July 2026). Most publish integrations by arrangement rather than an open API, so files and our API are the simplest way to connect today.
Source
The rules we keep, and ask you to keep
- Facts with their source and date. Never a score, a rank or a verdict on a provider.
- Something that doesn’t match a record is a reason to ask the provider, not proof of anything.
- Nothing about participants. We only need ABNs, and service dates if you want facts as at a date.
- Providers can’t pay to appear, rank higher or be removed, on our site or through our data.
Questions
What data can my product show from TrueBlue Scout?
Official, dated facts about NDIS providers: the NDIS Commission’s published compliance actions, the NDIS provider register (registration status, end date, registration groups) and the Australian Business Register (ABN status, names, GST registration). Each comes with its source and date. Market Scout adds NDIS participants by council area against registered providers.
Do you score or rank providers?
No. We never score, rank or recommend providers, and providers can’t pay to appear, rank higher or be removed. Show our results as facts with dates. Something that doesn’t match a record is a reason to ask the provider, not proof of anything.
Do you need our users’ or participants’ data?
No. We only need ABNs, and service dates if you want facts as at a date. Never send participant names, NDIS numbers or dates of birth. Rows sent to the API aren’t stored; we count providers checked per key per day.
Is there an MCP server or an API?
Both. A free, read-only MCP server at /api/mcp for AI agents, and the TrueBlue Scout API (check, and watched-list sync) with Team and Enterprise keys. The guide for developers is at truebluescout.com.au/developers.
Are you partnered with the software named on this page?
No. We describe what those companies publish, with links, so you can see what is already available. We work next to them, through files, links, our API and our MCP server.
Facts from official records, not advice. We aren’t partnered with the companies named on this page.
