What TrueBlue Scout is
TrueBlue Scout shows information published by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (its compliance register and provider register) and the Australian Business Register, with the date of each source. It is not advice and not a recommendation for or against any provider. Official sources can be incomplete or change, so check the source before you make a decision. Providers cannot pay to appear, rank higher or be removed.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that email account secure. Please don’t enter participants’ names or personal details anywhere on the site.
Don’t use the service to copy the data in bulk, resell it, or to harass or defame anyone.
Plans and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and shown on the pricing page. Prices include GST: what you see is what you pay. If we aren’t registered for GST, none is charged and the price stays the same. Silver and Gold are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
We’ll email you at least 30 days before any price change affects you.
Vouchers
A voucher applies to the plan it was issued for. Vouchers can be limited to certain dates or a number of uses, have no cash value and can’t be combined.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Refunds
If you’re not happy within 14 days of your first payment, email info@truebluescout.online and we’ll refund it in full. After that we don’t refund part of a month or year, except where the Australian Consumer Law says we must. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our responsibility
We take care to show official information accurately and with its date, but we can’t guarantee the sources are complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions made using the information on the site.
