What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in and send the emails you ask for.
- What you tell us when you set up your space: your name, organisation (optional), role and the space’s name.
- The ABNs and provider names you add to your list.
- Messages and meeting requests you send us.
- For the free daily checks, a one-way code made from your internet address, kept for one day. We don’t store the address itself.
- If you pay, Stripe tells us your plan, its status and a customer number. We never see your card details.
We don’t collect information about NDIS participants. Please don’t enter it.
How we use it
To run the service, send your Monday email and same-day alerts (you can turn the Monday email off in Settings), and reply to you. We don’t sell your information and don’t use advertising trackers.
Where it’s kept
Our database is in Sydney (Supabase). The website runs on Vercel, emails are sent through Resend and payments go through Stripe. They handle data for us to provide those parts of the service.
Cookies and browser storage
A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in; a short-lived cookie remembers the plan you picked while you sign in. Your browser also remembers your monthly/yearly choice and how many free checks you’ve used today.
We count visits to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, how many free checks are run and which website sent you here. We don’t use cookies or outside tracking tools for this and don’t store your IP address. We keep only daily totals; the code that stops you being counted twice in a day is deleted after two days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing info@truebluescout.online. If you’re unhappy with how we handled a privacy issue, tell us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
