NDIS provider compliance monitoring
Save your list of NDIS providers once. We check the official records and email you when something changes, so you don’t have to look each provider up by hand.
We don’t use AI to score providers or make judgments. We show you the facts and let you decide.
How the monitoring works
List
Add providers by name or ABN, or upload a whole list. A free check works without an account; saving a list for monitoring is on the paid plans.
Monitor
We check the NDIS Commission’s compliance actions every day, the NDIS provider register about every 10 days, and the ABNs on tracked lists every day.
Alert
You get a Monday email with what changed, or an all-clear. Anything serious is emailed the same day.
What we watch
- NDIS Commission compliance actions, such as banning orders and compliance notices, with their dates.
- Registration status, end date and conditions on the NDIS provider register.
- Whether the provider’s ABN is active or cancelled, from the Australian Business Register.
The Commission’s compliance actions file is usually updated about monthly, so we can only show an action once the Commission has published it. Every fact shows its source and date.
Who it is for
Plan managers and support coordinators who keep a list of providers and need to know quickly if a provider is banned, suspended or has an ABN cancelled, and who need a dated record for their files or an audit.
What we never do
- Score, rank or rate providers.
- Take money from providers to appear, rank higher or be removed.
- Collect or store information about NDIS participants.
- Use AI to judge anyone.
